What should I include in my email?
Include your name, company and a short description of the project. Add the metal preference, stone dimensions, ring size, estimated quantity and target timing where known.
Describe the CAD files, sketches or reference images you have, and identify the version you want reviewed. Missing information can be discussed during project review.
If the design is confidential, confirm the handling arrangements before sending sensitive files. Share only information you are authorized to provide.
An inquiry does not confirm a price, production slot or acceptance of customer-supplied stones. Specifications and commercial details need confirmation before manufacturing begins.
