What custom jewelry projects can Chuk Yip Company review?

Chuk Yip Company reviews custom 14K and 18K gold jewelry projects involving natural diamonds, lab-grown diamonds and colored gemstones. Project categories include engagement rings, wedding bands, matching or fitted bands and customer-supplied center-stone projects. CAD files, sketches, reference images and stone specifications can support the review. Feasibility, sourcing, quantity requirements, pricing and production timing depend on the individual project.

What to provide: design, metal, dimensions, stone requirements and quantity. Condition: a listed material or project category does not mean every construction or combination is feasible.

14K and 18K gold

Projects can be reviewed in 14K or 18K yellow, white or rose gold. State both the gold fineness and color. If different components require different specifications, identify them separately in your inquiry.

For a material outside this list, describe the request so it can be reviewed. Its inclusion in an inquiry does not confirm availability or manufacturing feasibility.

Natural diamonds, lab-grown diamonds and colored gemstones

Specify the stone type, shape and actual dimensions when available. If stones need sourcing, include the desired measurement range, color preference and quality requirements. Sourcing availability and pricing need individual confirmation.

See diamond and gemstone sourcing for sourcing inquiries, or lab-grown diamond jewelry manufacturing for projects combining those stones with manufacturing.

Engagement rings and wedding bands

Engagement ring and wedding band projects are reviewed using the intended design, ring size, metal and stone information. Setting style, profile height and construction requirements should be communicated with the design references. Explore engagement ring manufacturing.

For a band intended to fit an existing engagement ring, explain the desired relationship between the two rings and provide available images, dimensions or CAD. See matching and fitted wedding bands.

CAD and reference-led manufacturing

An existing CAD, sketch or reference image can start a manufacturing discussion. The design must be considered alongside the stone dimensions, materials and construction requirements. Files may need clarification or revision before manufacturing is confirmed. See CAD to finished jewelry.

Customer-supplied center stones

Projects built around a customer-supplied center stone are reviewed individually. Include the stone type, shape, length, width, depth and available condition information. Handling and transfer arrangements must be confirmed before sending a stone. Review customer-supplied stone projects.

Small-batch and project-based work

Send your estimated quantity with the design details. Development, materials and manufacturing requirements affect the quantity that can be considered. There is no single published MOQ covering every custom project.

Discuss the specifications that define your project

For an unusual construction or a jewelry type not described here, send a clear outline for review. Manufacturing capability depends on design, dimensions, materials and production requirements.
